• City Council 1950 -- Two council members had already resigned and been replaced by the time this photo was taken in the spring of 1949. • Capitola City Hall --   A booklet describing how Capitola became a city was published two years after the incorporation of 1949. The city hall building on the cover is on the same site as the present Capitola City Hall at 420 Capitola Avenue
• Stockton and Capitola Avenue -- A view of Stockton and Capitola Avenues.
